Children + Youth Junior Blues How to Register

HOW TO REGISTER

Note for returning users: We heard your feedback and have made some changes to our registration process, giving you a little more flexibility, both financially and logistically. Read more here.

ONLINE

1. Set up or verify your account (MY ACCOUNT tab)

If you have used the online registration system before, log on using your membership number and PIN. Double check the personal information for all parent/guardians and any children.

If you have never registered for a program with us before, you can set up an account with your first registration. Remember to include Parent/Guardian as the Main Contact on your family account. Include all contact information as it will be used to contact you in the event of an emergency.

Forgot your PIN? Enter your email address when prompted and it will be emailed to you.

2. Find the right program (ACTIVITIES tab)

Find a course instantly by searching by bar code. If you don’t know the exact course, download the schedules for that term or browse through the courses on the online registration system, under the section Downtown - Children & Youth. Read the details on your selected class – it includes a fulldescription and lists the dates for all classes. If it’s the correct class, click the ADD or WAITLIST button.

*Important information about WAITLISTS:  If you would like to be on the waitlist for a Junior Blues program you  must COMPLETE all registrations and then place your child on the WAITLIST for your selected programs.  If you complete the transactions in the other order (waitlist then register) the system will remove you from the waitlist.

3. Choose the participant for the class

Use the drop down menu to select which member of your family will register for the class. Remember – you set up family members using the My Account tab. For Junior Blues classes, always register the child and not the parent. Add all the classes you would like for all family members and then click on the Go to Checkout button.

4. Checkout

Complete the required questions for each course. Double check that you have selected the correct courses for each family member. Enter the payment information.

5. Confirmation

Print the receipt that displays on your screen. A confirmation will also be sent to your email account. Ensure your email address is current and NOT marked private.  Attachments may be sent from www.juniorblues.ca or ac.help@utoronto.ca
